What shines and what doesn’t

The location is perfect! ! Close to the ferry, with stunning ocean views and responsive staff who made my stay enjoyable. The rooms are clean and comfortable. really hard to beat that combination.

The bar has very limited hours, and I found the noise from the exhaust fan disruptive, leaving little peace during the day. This interfered with my relaxation plans substantially.

would recommend for a weekend respite

Clean hotel, fantastic staff, with recommendations that led us to amazing local dining spots like La Classica just a short walk away and a refreshing infinity pool that was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

the hotel was very clean, and the staff was fantastic! they helped us find amazing local spots for lunch and dinner. check out la classica for authentic gourmet mexican, just one block away. the shampoo and body lotion provided were refreshing and soothing for my tan!

could use better sound insulation in the mornings.

However, the lack of beach access can be a drawback, and the area could benefit from some shaded spots near the pool.

Breakfast options were decent, but the dining area could get quite noisy during peak hours. I encountered a bit of a problem with the shower's low water pressure, which made it challenging to rinse out my shampoo quickly. The pool area, while pretty, needed more shade, especially during the hotter parts of the day. Despite these small inconveniences, the overall vibe of the hotel kept me satisfied. The recommendations from the staff for local restaurants were fantastic, making my dining experiences memorable.

Just a decent option for a short stay in Cozumel with fantastic value for money. The balcony view from my room was surprisingly nice, making mornings enjoyable. Pro tip, Check early for parking to avoid tight spots.

Great stay near the ocean!

We had an awesome time! The location was perfect, so close to the ferry and other attractions. Our room was clean and modern with a great balcony to chill on. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Just wish the lobby wasn’t so hot, but the room A/C made up for it. Enjoyed hanging out at the bar area too.

The open-air lobby's design felt like a gentle sea breeze, and the staff's warmth was reassuring. The large elevators and spacious corridors made moving around easy, especially for those needing a bit more room and comfort.

More shade by the pool would be nice.
